Newborn + brother
A few more images from a session I enjoyed with a newborn and her older brother! Isn't her hair amazing?!
Spring in Wisconsin
After an early start in March (highs in the 70°s, even a few days in the 80°s!), spring seemed to stall. But it's great to see the color come into the area, isn't it?!
I hope that you are enjoying our Wisconsin spring. I'm looking forward to outdoor family photography sessions in and around Appleton!
Spring?
Spring is coming! Spring is coming!!!
Cannot wait to see my tulips bloom! Should be just a week or two now. Hope you are enjoying the anticipation of spring color!
Newborn Photography
A share from a recent newborn session!
Presenting Macy, the sweetest little thing. You figure out that 11pm awake time for your parents, ok, Macy? We know you can sleep!
2011 Print your images!
I wanted to focus this year on printing images. So many people love to have the digital images from a session. I understand that! I save way too many images. I have a hard time throwing away even horrible captures from a session.
But what happens to those digital images? Do they get shared online? Saved on your computer? I believe they should be PRINTED! Large for the wall, small for a scrapebook, 4x6 for an album - doesn't matter, just get them printed.
And this goes for your personal pictures that you take on a daily basis! Go get your phone, camera, iTouch, Nintendo Dsi, wherever your pictures are - plug it into your computer and get printing!
To that end, sessions in 2011 with J Grady Photography WILL include prints! I WILL help you get them up and displayed on your walls. I WILL create beautiful albums for you to enjoy for years and years!
And for my clients from 2010, please watch your email for a special offer to have all your images printed from your session with me last year!
Here's to a happy year of PRINTING!
"Flowers"
Weeds! Aren't they annoying?! As I was pulling ours the other day, I got a bouquet brought to me. Pretty yellow "flowers".

How can we call these wonderful little rays of sunshine weeds? If you know a young child, then chances are you have been brought a bouquet of these "flowers". And you smiled, said "thank you" and the child thought he made your day!
Don't forget to enjoy the little things in life! And try looking at something from a different perspective, someone's weeds just might be someone else's flowers!

Two-year-old fun!
It was a joy to welcome this little guy into the studio. He just turned two and I had so much fun capturing all his two-fullness!
He was just the cutest "hot dog", wasn't he?
I'm sure he is going to have a great summer, exploring it as only a two-year-old can!
